Rates are as follows: phone calls are $0.021 per minute, text messages are $0.0119 per message, emails are $0.001 per email, AI-generated text is $0.135 per 1,000 words, AI-generated images are $0.09 per image, the AI conversation bot is $0.03 per message, AI review management is $0.12 per review response, and advanced automations are $0.015 per action. Additionally, your own business phone number is available for $1.15 per month. All charges are deducted from the client's wallet balance, which will automatically reload $10 when the balance reaches $0. These auto-reload settings can be customized from the client's billing portal to meet individual preferences. Other usage fees may apply for additional add-ons. Most clients with regular use do not exceed $25/month in additional usage fees.
