ROAR includes 24/7/365 support, driven by A.I. and live human agents.

Live Chat and/or Zoom Call Support

From inside the ROAR desktop, look for the circle with the black question mark in it. Click it and then select "Ask A Question." You can work with our A.I. to get quick answers to most questions.

If you'd prefer a live human agent, simply type "Live Agent" at any time in the chat. You'll be given the option to connect to a live person. There may be a short wait, particularly during peak support periods.

When speaking with a Live Agent, you may also request a Zoom call, if you prefer.

Phone Based Support

For A.I. assisted tech support by phone, call 585-493-1234 and follow the prompts. You can talk in real-time with our tech support A.I. and get answers to common issues.

Please note that live human support is not available by phone.

Forgot Password?

Simply select the "Forgot Password" link when signing in. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your account.

If you are still having trouble logging in, please submit a ticket.

For security reasons, live agents are not able to reset accounts over chat, Zoom, or Phone.
